Jill Ju

Jill Ju started True North Management driven by the belief that institutional-grade investment and high-quality living go together. The company has quickly grown into a flexible-living platform with seven London properties, integrated across investment, development and operations, and backed by a major European institutional real estate investor. The platform is projected to surpass £1bn in assets under management.

Her career bridged institutional capital and the living sector: as Chief Investment Officer at The Collective she helped create the COLIV fund, an early institutional vehicle in flexible living; previously, as Investment Director at Greystar she managed a student-housing portfolio worth over £2bn and led investor relations and Asian expansion; she also held investment-banking roles at UBS.

Beyond financial performance, Jill emphasises the role of homes in people’s lives. True North’s portfolio has produced over £200,000 in measurable social value through community partnerships, charitable programmes, and a customer-first operations approach focused on creating great places to live.
